Back to School Forms
Back to School Forms (required by 10th day of school)
To reduce errors in data entry, we recommend completing the required Back to School forms online through the FOCUS parent portal found at www.browardschools.com/focus. This is where parents set their preferences for their students, such as media release, participations in sharing of information, and completing the annual Code of Conduct acknowledgement.
Per district policy, forms must be submitted by the 10th day of class EVERY school year.
